Very good product

No fragrance or other extra garbage. Just the strong smell of germ killing alcohol. Love it. Now if only every brand had a green version... and if only every business used it. If you are the sort who is very sensitive to chemicals/fragrance, I am too and this is fine for me. Of course everyone is different. I carry one of these everywhere with me and I keep one in my car. I use it to wash my hands at public restrooms because of my allergies to most hand soaps. Also makes me popular at petting zoos and playgrounds.

Can kids use it?

Yes, with an adult watching; the label says children under six should be supervised, and it should not be swallowed.

Is this the 70% alcohol formula?

Yes unless the name says Prime Defense (85%). Advanced, Naturals, 2in1 and Green Certified are all 70% ethyl alcohol, which clears the CDC's at-least-60% recommendation.
