On its way to your door

Who ships

Every order placed through the buttons on this site is shipped by the partner store that takes the order. Delivery speed, shipping cost, the carrier and the tracking link are all set on the partner store page and shown before you pay.

Where to track

Tracking lives on the order page of the store you bought from. We do not see the order, so we cannot look it up; the store can, instantly.

Sizes and shipping

Hand sanitizer is a flammable liquid for shipping purposes, so large cases may ship ground only and may not go to every address or by air. Travel sizes, wipes and dispensers ship without restriction. Gallon surface refills and 2 L pump bottles ship ground.

Damaged on arrival

A leaking bottle or a cracked dispenser is replaced through the order page of the partner store; photograph the box and start the claim there.
