How returns work

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled by the partner store that sold the item, under its return policy, from the order page in your account there. Start the return there and the store issues the label and the refund.

What is usually returnable

Unopened bottles, canisters, refills and dispensers within the store's return window. Opened hand sanitizer, soap and wipes are generally not returnable for hygiene reasons; a defective dispenser is replaced rather than refunded.

Wrong refill

If the refill does not fit the dispenser, do not force it; the system names must match. Return the unopened refill through the partner store and find the right one on the dispenser line page here.

Warranty

PURELL dispensers carry the manufacturer's warranty; claims run through the partner store's order page, which has the proof of purchase.
